Notes are synced instantly, with edits and amendments synced based on your preferences. Documents, like letters and reports, are synced in a tap.
Does Preve train AI models with patient data?
No. Preve has zero-data retention agreements with its AI partners, so no data is ever used for model training. No personally identifiable data is ever shared with its AI partners.
Will you delete my data on request?
Yes. Any or all data are destroyed immediately on request, and automatically upon account closure (within 30 days), unless requested earlier.
How long are recordings stored for?
Preve does not store or keep audio. Recording is streamed to the cloud and destroyed in real-time. Anonymised transcripts are what we get in return.

Yes, a DPA is available within Settings for customers within the UK region.
